The first achievement of the International and Intercultural department of the Center was the organization of the Training Session for the Development of Education and the Construction of the Knowledge-based Society (2004), in partnership with UNESCO IITE (Institute for Information Technologies in Education) and dedicated to south eastern European countries.  This project enabled CCS to initiate and pursue new partnerships in order to participate in international projects aimed at promoting traditional values and cultural exchange.
