The 21'st edition of the Atlantykron 2010 is called “The
Future is Listening to You”. The Center for Complexity
Studies participates with a special team within a
workshop dedicated to Humans Evolution toward the
Society of Knowledge. The camp, takes place on an
island in the proximity of the old city of Capidava. The
camp hosts more than 450 participants, from Romania
and abroad. It is the only camp in Romania where
science, culture, arts and sports are braided together in
a natural environment, just the way future schools
should be, in a society where humans are in resonance
and harmony with the Universe. details>>>
Within the Festival of Art and Romanian Tradition –
Otopeni 2010, the Association “Revival of Customs and
Traditions” from Otopeni and the Center for Complexity
Studies – UNESCO center, which now has a branch
inside the Cultural Center – Otopeni, met in a joint
effort, under the name “Occupations of yesterday,
occupations of tomorrow”. Within our stand, a range of
experiments took place throughout the day, showing
that nature must be regarded differently. It is not easily
revealed, so the one who strives to discover its secrets
has to have education and ethics and developed from

The 3'rd edition of the "Researchers Night" was held
simultaneously in 11 cities in Romania. Center for
Complexity Studies was present at the event with an
amazing stand where the science, architecture and
nature have become a common body in a perfect
harmony. The Park near the Children's Palace
Bucharest has hosted other numerous stalls of the
researchers centers from Romania and the audience
was as full of enthusiasm and desire to discover and
understand the nature an d the universe. With this
occasion CCS has signed a strategic partnership for

The second edition of the international conference
“THE ENGINEERED SINGULARITY” was held in Suceava
on 26 - 30 october 2010 and was dedicated to exploring
issues and highlighting the exponential development of
technologies and the implications of this process on
social, economic and cultural at global scale. This year,
the session was concentrated on the concepts of
Technological Singularity, Complexity and Spirituality.
The conference received the hospitality Suceava people,
the exceptional infrastructure of the University "Stefan
cel Mare" and the beautiful surroundings of Bucovina

Over 100 countries have launched the Global
Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) on November 15, 2010.
During this event a conference took place named:
Private Investors, Civil Society and Public
Administration: Solutions for Entrepreneurs. Center
for Complexity Studies was represented by Dr. Florin
Munteanu member of Romanian Academy of Science
and Razvan Buzatu, Coordinator of European
Integration department of CCS

On Tuesday, 30 November 2010 took place the
launch of a new center of the Nexus project initiated by
the Center UNESCO-Centre for Complexity Studies. The
opening of the Nexus space and the relaunch of
Nexus-T-2010 Project was done in a festive setting in
the multimedia room of Vladimirescu Tudor High
School in the presence of prominent personalities from
various fields, teachers and students of this school as
well as Members of the Center for Complexity Studies.
With this occasion were held a series of presentations
about the evolution of school in the new global context of
