RESEARCH:
The Center for Complexity Studies undertakes the catalyzing role for scientific research. The research
strategy of the Center consists, therefore, of identifying current large-scale topics and problems and having
them structured as Open Projects. Moreover, CCS creates and coordinates the multi-disciplinary teams
capable of tackling these research themes.

EDUCATION:
The Center for Complexity Studies sactively involves in shaping the new generation towards a conscious,
pro-active, and protective attitude toward Nature and others, and thus develops an original method of
non-formal education, NEXUS-T. This pursues the construction of abilities specific to the integration within
the Society Based on Knowledge:
- Attention
- Curiosity and observation skills
- Data synthesis skills and coherent operation in Abstract
- Profound investigation of phenomena
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Tolerance and respect for biological and cultural diversity
and aims for turning knowing into Knowledge.
